- Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription within 30 days of your initial order for a full refund. After 30 days, cancellations are prorated based on unused boxes.
- Non-Delivery: If your box is not delivered due to our error, we will issue a full refund and reship the order.
- Exclusions: Refunds are not available for opened or used items, or for changes in personal preferences (e.g., size or style dissatisfaction).
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval and credited back to your original payment method.
Replacement Policy
